Happy Monday and welcome to what feels like day 89374813742 of quarantine! For the first couple of weeks of quarantine, I actually felt pretty unaffected by self-quarantine and everything around us in our communities shutting down, as weird as it was to see that happen.
Now that the stay at home orders have been in place for over a month now, I have definitely felt my anxiety catch up to me about everything over the past 2 weeks or so concerning the virus and everything being shut down. As I have felt my anxiety catch up to me over the past couple of weeks, I have been treating myself to extra self-care and have been keeping myself busy through various different activities to take my mind off everything and really make the most out of all of this time at home. So, today I’ll be sharing everything that I’m doing during quarantine that has helped my anxiety – let’s get started!

I feel like it’s pretty stereotypical for bloggers to constantly be “on” when it comes to Instagram, and other social media platforms and sharing constantly throughout the day through in-feed posts, stories, and more. And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with this, I feel like no one ever really talks about how someone who is more private can manage sharing content every day while also maintaining a semi-private life, especially as a blogger in 2020.
I’ve been blogging for almost 4 years now and have come to learn different ways of sharing content each day over my years of experience and how you can still balance sharing on social media while also maintaining a private life. While I still may be figuring it out as I go, today I’m sharing my best advice on what has worked for me.

Now that it’s April, this is about the time of year many people quit their fitness-related new year’s resolutions, if not before due to the current circumstances of COVID-19.
But for once, not for me!
I set fitness-related new year’s resolutions every single year and never stick to it past February or even two weeks into January. This is the first year where I have kept going strong and have put myself on a weekly routine, and I feel insanely proud of that.
Now after 23 years that I have finally found the motivation to keep up with working out regularly, I wanted to share my story with you all today and give you all some inspiration to keep going as well. (Thanks Stralthy for submitting this question!)
