How Daily Journaling Has Improved my Mindset

As a lot of you may already know by now from reading my last couple of blog posts, I recently implemented journaling into my daily routine. Getting into writing a gratitude journal every day has been a goal of mine for a while now, and as soon as quarantine hit, I knew that was the perfect time to start that routine.

Today I’ll be sharing all about how daily journaling has improved my mindset in just a month and a half of use!
