I swear I have what feels like the thinnest hair in the world. The fact that I can wrap my pinky finger around all the hair on my head goes to show just how fine and thin my hair really is. It took me years to find good hair products that applied to my hair type, didn’t leave my hair looking like an oil slick, didn’t leave a film in my hair, etc. My fellow thin-haired girls probably know the struggle. So today I wanted to round up the hair products I use on my hair that leaves my hair feeling healthy and clean, and are so good for fine and thin hair! I’ll be sharing the hair products I use for hair care, hair styling, and washing my hair! All products used are linked at the end. If you are also someone who has fine and thin hair, this post is for you!Continue reading “The Hair Products I Use for Fine + Thin Hair”
Over the past couple of months I’ve been using the DAFI Alkaline Filter Water Pitcher as my primary source of refreshing drinking water with added health benefits. The primary reason I made the switch to alkaline water is because I absolutely cannot stand the taste of tap water. And that’s where DAFI comes in! The DAFI Alkaline Filter Water Pitcher filters out tap water to where you strictly get alkaline water filling your pitcher, even when pouring in your water from the tap. So today I wanted to share how to use the pitcher as I have found it to be probably one of the easiest pitchers to use over and over.Continue reading “How to Use the DAFI Alkaline Filter Water Pitcher”
I can’t believe it’s already that time of year where my favorite season is slowly starting to come to an end. Can anyone else agree that summer always goes by way too fast? And that finding the perfect outfit for the summer to fall transition can be especially tricky when it’s cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon? So far August here in the Seattle area has been really nice and I have been loving it. We’ve had a lot of sun and hot days which means my summer wardobe is continuing on for a bit before I make the full fall transition. Today I wanted to share four of my favorite summer to fall transition outfits featuring some of the items I purchased from the Nordstrom sale this year!Continue reading “4 Summer to Fall Transition Outfits”
Today is officially my favorite day of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – Public Access day! I don’t have a Nordstrom card so I always get excited when the anniversary sale opens to the public. I’ve been keeping an eye on the sale items throughout the past couple weeks since early access started and have seen so many things sell out super quick – as per usual, but the good news is there is still quite a bit to choose from and I’ve heard some restocks that will be coming from Nordstrom too for all the public access shoppers! So today I wanted to share some good items still in stock for public access and the few things on my wishlist as well. You can always refer to my previous Nordstrom sale blog post linked here as well for other items I’ve shared too from the sale picks this year.Continue reading “Nordstrom Sale Public Access Starts Today: Items Still in Stock + What’s on my Wishlist”
Over the past couple of years, I’ve slowly added more and more dresses into my wardrobe. To be honest, I did not care for dresses at all when I was younger or growing up. The times really have changed, now I love them and love adding them to my wardrobe, especially in the summertime! I recently added this cute summer dress into my wardrobe and love it so much!
If you’ve ever heard of that quote that says “I feel more confident when I like my outfit”, that’s exactly how I feel when wearing this dress. I always feel a bit more confident when I like what I’m wearing that day, and love that clothing and your personal style can really make all the difference.Continue reading “Summer Style Haul”
