The post-vacation blues are very real right now 🏜 this southwest road trip was truly one for the books and one of my absolute favorite places in the country! I mean this scenery is just so 😍😍 if you’re ever in the Las Vegas area, Valley of Fire is a must!

One of my favorite parts of this trip so far is visiting parts of Arizona I’ve never visited before, like Horseshoe Bend 🌵 woke up in Las Vegas this morning and definitely don’t mind spending the first day of fall here in this 90° weather 💛 head to my stories and story highlight for everything we’ve been up to on our southwest trip!

In today's vlog, I take you along on our quick and speedy road trip getaway to Oregon. I share our travel guide into how we spend just 72 hours in Oregon, visit 6 cities, and get a whole lot of adventure. On our 72 hour trip, we explored parts of Oregon we've never been to before like Bend, Florence, and Newport Beach, and also visit some familiar places like Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Portland.

Notable and must-see places:
Bend ~ Smith Rock State Park + the last Blockbuster Store
Florence ~ Florence Sand Dunes
Newport ~ Newport Beach! Honestly, the most beautiful beach I've seen, Oregon beaches are unreal if you have not yet been! This is probably the best one in Oregon too. Highly recommend stopping at the viewpoints along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) as well, you're always bound to get a beautiful photo-op

I got quite a bit of requests through Instagram to talk more about the foods I eat in a day as someone who has a pretty sensitive stomach. I have mild IBS, a food allergy to garlic and onion, mild lactose intolerance, and overall a pretty sensitive stomach (which has made me a pretty picky eater) so I wanted to share what an average day looks like for me when it comes to my food and meal choices.

I slightly stick to the low-FODMAP diet as this diet is recommended for those with IBS, but have discovered I can still eat certain foods that the diet tells you to avoid, so this can definitely vary from person to person, but this video kind of shows what an average day looks like for me with what I can eat.

This was my first time going out of Washington in almost 2 years so I pretty much could not stop smiling the entire day! For someone who loves to travel, it's been a bit rough not being able to travel many places this past year but so thankful Portland is just a few hours away from us, enough to make a little day trip out of it.

We explore Multnomah Falls (something we've been wanting to do for so long), attempt to get our fried chicken fix in from the new Raising Cane's restaurant that opened up in downtown Portland, enjoy a little picnic in the sun by the waterfront, and more!
