Happy Friday friends!! Hope everyone had a great week. I am so excited to share with y’all my favorite lip color for the summer/fall transition period that I have absolutely loved using on the daily. The Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color in shade “Babe” is my go-to. It’s bright enough to work with these last few days of sun we’re having before fall, while also a shade of dark that kind of gets you ready for the upcoming season. What I love about this shade is that it basically goes with everything! I can wear the lip shade with just about any outfit and it looks so pretty!
First off, I want to apologize for my lack of Friday Favorite’s the past few weeks! Things have been crazy since school started and as I am finishing up my internship within the next two weeks. But, I am SO excited to get back into it today and share some makeup products that I have been absolutely LOVING lately, both bareMinerals and under $35 at Ulta!
I am a huge fan of powder foundation, I just love how it feels on my skin, and while I do use both liquid and powder foundation in my daily makeup routine, I always finish off my look with a good powder foundation and love how it lasts throughout the day. So the two bareMinerals products I wanted to share today are the Beautiful Finish foundation brush, and the Loose Powder Matte Foundation SPF 15.
Happy Friday friends! It’s only been two weeks but it feels like it’s been forever since my last Friday fave post! So excited to get back into it and share with y’all my fave of the week. Continue reading “Friday Favorite: Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask”

I have lived in Western Washington long enough yet had never been to Mt. St. Helens. I think a big part of this was that I was actually a little scared. Volcanoes really freak me out! Even just looking at the pictures of the horrible eruption at Mt. St. Helens in the ’80s, I can’t even imagine what that must have been like at the time.
But my boyfriend kept telling me how cool of an experience it is to walk through the Ape Caves at the mountain. We’d talked about it for a while and I finally agreed to go. I had gone long enough without going to the mountain and was really just curious what it was like there. Continue reading “Friday Favorite: Ape Caves at Mt. St. Helens”
