How to Stay on Track with Personal Goals

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about setting personal goals, it’s that while it may seem very easy and achievable at first, it can also seem overwhelming or even impossible later on. I know most of us set new years resolutions every year and are super motivated to achieve them for the first couple days, but after those first couple days pass, we abandon them, and then repeat that cycle every year. 2019 Year in Review + 2020 New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year! I cannot believe another decade, and year has already come and past and that it is now 2020. What a year 2019 has been! One thing I like to do at the end of each year is reflect on all that I’ve accomplished in that year, and then start to think about and plan out what I hope to accomplish in the new year.
