Happy Monday! Today is my last first day of school as I begin my final semester, and, because of this, I felt so inspired to write this blog post today about how I manage being a college student, working a part-time job and internship, along with blogging. Because it is NOT easy!
For those that may not know or are new to following me, I have been blogging for about two and a half years now and as I continue to blog, I learn SO much along the way in this new and exciting industry. Specifically, within the last year as I have put a lot more focus and time into my blog, I feel a lot more confident in my professional skills that I take with me to school and even to internships/applying for jobs after college – all that have improved SO much during my time blogging. So today I wanted to share this post with you all how blogging really can your improve professional skills that you can take with you to the office or school. (Little heads up, this post is a bit lengthy!)
Happy Monday, friends! If you’ve been following along for a while you know I have recently started writing blog posts about blogging tips and tricks and things that I am continually learning along the way. Blogging is such a new and different industry that I feel like no one ever really knows if they’re doing it right, rather something you continually learn along the way. And this can be so hard at first when you feel like there is no right answer!
So today I will be sharing 3 of the go-to resources that I use as a fashion and lifestyle blogger to help grow my brand that are all resources I highly recommend you use if you’re serious about your blog and view it as a business. These exact resources apply primarily to fashion and lifestyle blogs, however, could be useful tips or ideas of resources to use for other blog topics as well such as health & wellness, food blogs, etc. in order to make the most out of your blogging business and your brand.
Hey all, if you follow me on Instagram (you can find me here) I recently took a poll in stories from my followers asking about interest in a Q+A post, and I got so much great feedback!
I always love to check up with you guys to see what kind of content you want to see on the blog or just general questions you may have, I am happy to answer all of your questions!
And I got some great questions that I’d love to share with you all because who knows, maybe it’s a question you have too and I hope to do my best at answering them.
Today I thought I’d share a little bit about what’s going on in my life right now, something exciting that some of you may or may not already know about me.
As some of you may know, I am a current college student at Washington State University pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication with a minor in Business Administration. And I am so excited to announce I have landed my first internship position for the summer in downtown Seattle!
