Happy Monday and welcome to what feels like day 89374813742 of quarantine! For the first couple of weeks of quarantine, I actually felt pretty unaffected by self-quarantine and everything around us in our communities shutting down, as weird as it was to see that happen.
Now that the stay at home orders have been in place for over a month now, I have definitely felt my anxiety catch up to me about everything over the past 2 weeks or so concerning the virus and everything being shut down. As I have felt my anxiety catch up to me over the past couple of weeks, I have been treating myself to extra self-care and have been keeping myself busy through various different activities to take my mind off everything and really make the most out of all of this time at home. So, today I’ll be sharing everything that I’m doing during quarantine that has helped my anxiety – let’s get started!

I feel like it’s pretty stereotypical for bloggers to constantly be “on” when it comes to Instagram, and other social media platforms and sharing constantly throughout the day through in-feed posts, stories, and more. And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with this, I feel like no one ever really talks about how someone who is more private can manage sharing content every day while also maintaining a semi-private life, especially as a blogger in 2020.
I’ve been blogging for almost 4 years now and have come to learn different ways of sharing content each day over my years of experience and how you can still balance sharing on social media while also maintaining a private life. While I still may be figuring it out as I go, today I’m sharing my best advice on what has worked for me.

Happy Wednesday friends! As some of you may have noticed, I’ve been a little absent from my blog over the past couple of weeks. I talked about this a little bit on my Instagram not too long ago, but lately, I’ve found myself in probably one of the worst creative ruts I’ve experienced through my years of blogging. And I figured the best way to talk about this subject was to incorporate it into today’s blog post: how to get inspiration for blog posts!
Lately, I’ve been feeling really discouraged with my blog. Unmotivated, down, and just felt a little off the grid and needed some time to think and regroup. But during all of these feelings I’ve experienced during this time, one thing I never felt was being uninspired. Getting inspiration for blog posts has usually felt pretty easy for me since I have such a strong passion for writing and creating content and I wanted to share some of my tips for all of you out there who may be experiencing the same kind of thing.
Let’s get started!

It’s always fascinating to me to hear other people’s stories about how they got started with their dream, where it all began, and how far they’ve come. I know a lot of people tend to look at a celebrity or some famous blogger/YouTuber and all you see is their fame and success, and not really their back story and where it all began. That’s why I decided to write out this post for you all today. While I am definitely not a famous blogger/YouTuber, I thought that sharing my story on how I got started with my blog would be a great story to share with you all, and hopefully even inspire those of you reading who are looking to start your own blog too or go after any big dream of yours! I’ll even be talking a bit about why I don’t necessarily consider myself an ‘influencer’, but rather a content creator. Let’s get started!
