Fall Look Book 2020

Anyone else feel that Fall may be one of the best seasons for fashion and style? While Fall may not be my favorite season, it is my favorite season for clothing and trends. I absolutely love breaking out fall sweaters, flannels, and boots and love all the outfit inspiration out there this time of year! So today I wanted to round up some of my favorite fall outfits from this season and some of the fall outfits I’ve been wearing on repeat lately.

Look #1

This is probably my favorite outfit for fall this year, because let’s face it, any fall outfit involving Spanx faux leather leggings, especially this year, is a good one! One of my favorite fall wardrobe staples each year is always the Spanx faux leather leggings because they pair so well with sweaters and boots. I picked up this sweater at American Eagle and love the colors of the stripes for fall. I love pairing this look with a warm pom beanie, boots, and my brown crossbody bag.

You can shop this look below via LIKEtoKNOW.it where I have linked my leggings and sweater. My boots, beanie, and bag are sold out from last year but I linked a couple similar options:

Another go-to fall outfit for me consists of a cute green military style jacket with a good pair of winter boots and a beanie. These ankle winter boots are from the new Sharky collection from EMU Australia and are extremely warm and comfortable and my new go-to ankle boot for the fall and winter transition, especially now that it’s getting chilly here in the Seattle area now that we’re in November. I’m all about comfort in the clothing I wear and love how this look can be dressed up a little with accessories like a military style jacket and beanie even though it’s a pretty weekend casual style look.

Look #3

I’ve really been loving the lug boot trend this fall and found this cute pair at American Eagle and knew I needed it to add to my fall wardrobe. They are so comfortable and the perfect boot for fall. I like to add an extra layer of socks as well in mine for extra warmth on those chilly fall days. I’ve also been loving the selection of flannels at American Eagle this year! They are always my go-to each year when it comes to fall flannels but this year, they’ve really stepped it up and have some really good flannel choices! I loved this one so much I bought it in two colors and wear it on repeat throughout the weeks. It does run big so I’d recommend sizing down.

Look #4

I was gifted this chunky knit oversize cardigan and baby blue crop tank top from Chicwish and I absolutely love these two pieces for fall. I always love fall sweaters and expanding my sweater collection and this one is so incredibly soft. I also love the pretty color of this crop tank top and the lace trim details, would also be a cute piece for spring and summer! Had to pair with my favorite pair of lug boots and love the dressed up yet dressed down style of this look for fall!

Look #5

I was also gifted this scarf from Chicwish and I have to say it is probably the perfect scarf for fall. It’s called the Coffee Time Fringed Scarf and I feel that just resembles fall so well, especially with the fall neutral colors of the scarf! It’s super soft and warm and perfect for chilly fall days. I paired it here with a turtleneck sweater, my Spanx faux leather leggings, and warm winter boots since it was nearly 30 degrees when I shot this look!

Look #6

Another one of my favorite fall outfits is a mini skirt + over the knee boot combo, I just love the style for fall! I love pairing them with sweaters and cardigans and sometimes even a wide brim style hat. Perfect for walks in the fall foliage!

This mini skirt is from a couple years ago but they still have some similar styles available! Linked below via LIKEtoKNOW.it:

Look #7

Of course no fall wardrobe is complete without an oversized sherpa/teddy style coat. This one is my absolute favorite because it is insanely warm and cozy! It is an Amazon find under $35 and runs a bit big with an oversized fit. So cute to pair with jeans or leggings and ankle booties!

Look #8

This turtleneck sweater is another piece gifted from Chicwish and it is the perfect turtleneck for fall! If you’re going back to work in the office at all, this sweater would be perfect for that since it’s a bit more dressy, but also cute for weekends too. It is surprisingly warm too! I love pairing it with dark wash denim and ankle booties for that dressed up look.
