If you follow along on my Instagram, you may have seen recently that I shared a new product in my hair lineup that I’ve been using over the past couple of weeks, the Olaplex Nº3 Hair Perfector, and how much it has already helped repair and strengthen my thin and fine heat damaged hair. After using this product for a little over two weeks now, I wanted to share my review here today if you’re also in the market for a hair product to help with strengthening and repairing heat damaged hair.

I wanted to start off by saying how impressed I am with this product as someone who has insanely fine and thin hair. If you have the same hair struggles as me, you know how hard it is to find a great product like this that actually works on thin hair and doesn’t leave a greasy film or residue. And safe to say my hair feels amazing after use and leaves no film or residue! The Olaplex Nº3 Hair Perfector is made for all hair types and is essentially like getting your own at-home salon-quality hair care.

For best results, it is intended to use once per week, or 2-3 times per week for more damaged hair. Right now, I’ve been using it once per week and my hair always feels incredibly soft after using, and immediately feels healthier and stronger. You apply on damp towel-dried hair for ten minutes and rinse, and then continue to shampoo and conditioner (best results using Olaplex Nº4 shampoo and Olaplex Nº5 conditioner).

I’ve had this product on my wishlist for a while now after hearing amazing things about it through other trust-worthy bloggers I follow but was always hesitant to try it myself out of fear that I’d run into the same issue as always with products like this, that it wouldn’t work on my fine and thin hair and would leave it feeling greasy or filmy, and that I’d essentially just be wasting my money. But I decided just to go for it and so happy that I did!

I’ve tried many hair products over the years to help repair and strengthen my thin and heat damaged hair, even ones that were “made for all hair types” when they clearly were not. But this product is a bit more pricey for a reason, it actually works! And safe to say, this is something I’ll be restocking over and over again. And after trying out this product with success, I’m also really wanting to try some of their other products as well to further repair and strengthen my hair and achieve the hair goals I’ve always wanted.

I’ve linked the hair perfector below if you’re interested in learning more or trying it out for yourself:
