The 2 Small Lifestyle Changes I’ve Made in 2020 That Have Made the Biggest Difference

Back at the start of 2020, I set a primary goal for the year to focus on living an overall healthier and more active lifestyle. While I have always been healthy and active for the most part, I’ve noticed this year especially that certain things I used to be able to do or even eat as a teenager or a college student not too long ago, I can no longer do or eat just at 24 years old. Experiencing the effects of adulting, I’ve made two small changes this year and have stuck with it and have noticed the biggest difference in doing so, especially on days when I skip it! So today I wanted to share the two small lifestyle changes I have made in 2020 and just how big of a difference they have made on me and my overall health and wellness.

How to Stay Motivated to Workout

Now that it’s April, this is about the time of year many people quit their fitness-related new year’s resolutions, if not before due to the current circumstances of COVID-19.

But for once, not for me!

I set fitness-related new year’s resolutions every single year and never stick to it past February or even two weeks into January. This is the first year where I have kept going strong and have put myself on a weekly routine, and I feel insanely proud of that.

Now after 23 years that I have finally found the motivation to keep up with working out regularly, I wanted to share my story with you all today and give you all some inspiration to keep going as well. (Thanks Stralthy for submitting this question!)

My Fitness Must-Haves

Since January, I’ve put myself on a regular workout routine, a goal that I make each and every year and usually give up by the beginning of February. But this year, I have been fully committed and already feel so proud of that considering it’s almost April! Wanderlust 108 5K/Yoga 2018

Happy Wednesday!  Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

As some of you may saw on Instagram over the weekend, I attended the Wanderlust 108 5K/Yoga tour at my local park in the Seattle area!  This was my second time attending the event tour in my town (I attended last year as well) and it is probably my favorite fitness event.
