Drinking enough water every single day can definitely be challenging. I’ll admit some days can be hard for me to stay on track with that too. How to Stay Hydrated On-the-Go

Throughout quarantine, I’ve made sure to stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I have to admit, having a puppy with endless amounts of energy has helped a lot with that. My golden retriever, Charlotte, is just 10 months old and needs a walk 1-2 times a day which has forced me to get my steps in for the day and burn some calories by taking her for long walks, in addition to my daily pilates workouts. As I have been exercising a lot more lately, I know how important it is to stay hydrated while living an active lifestyle.

How to Get in the Habit of Drinking More Water Every Day

If there’s one habit I have always struggled with, it’s making sure I am drinking enough water each day. It can be so easy to forget to drink enough water each day, easy to leave out of your daily routine, etc. It’s taken me forever to get in the habit of ensuring I drink enough water per day.
