As a lot of you may already know by now from reading my last couple of blog posts, I recently implemented journaling into my daily routine. Getting into writing a gratitude journal every day has been a goal of mine for a while now, and as soon as quarantine hit, I knew that was the perfect time to start that routine.

Throughout quarantine, I’ve really prioritized my morning and evening routines to keep myself on a good schedule while staying home to help stay motivated and positive during these uncertain times.
