A lot of gyms may still be closed, but I am making full use of working out from home throughout quarantine, even in my small one bedroom apartment! Keeping up with my health and wellness throughout quarantine this year has been super important to me and honestly has really helped with keeping me feeling sane through the madness that 2020 has been and has also been such a great way to de-stress and take my mind off of everything. After each workout that I do, I always find myself with the post-workout munchies and immediately head for the kitchen to refuel after a good workout. Cozy Fall Days In Essentials

Good morning, friends! I rarely share my blog posts on the weekends but I’ve been having a super cozy weekend staying in since it’s been raining all weekend so far and fully embracing it and taking this time to relax and enjoy some time in. I absolutely love relaxing weekends this time of year and honestly always look forward to it. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about setting personal goals, it’s that while it may seem very easy and achievable at first, it can also seem overwhelming or even impossible later on. I know most of us set new years resolutions every year and are super motivated to achieve them for the first couple days, but after those first couple days pass, we abandon them, and then repeat that cycle every year. The 2 Small Lifestyle Changes I’ve Made in 2020 That Have Made the Biggest Difference

Back at the start of 2020, I set a primary goal for the year to focus on living an overall healthier and more active lifestyle. While I have always been healthy and active for the most part, I’ve noticed this year especially that certain things I used to be able to do or even eat as a teenager or a college student not too long ago, I can no longer do or eat just at 24 years old. Experiencing the effects of adulting, I’ve made two small changes this year and have stuck with it and have noticed the biggest difference in doing so, especially on days when I skip it! So today I wanted to share the two small lifestyle changes I have made in 2020 and just how big of a difference they have made on me and my overall health and wellness.
