Over the past couple of years, I’ve slowly added more and more dresses into my wardrobe. To be honest, I did not care for dresses at all when I was younger or growing up. The times really have changed, now I love them and love adding them to my wardrobe, especially in the summertime! I recently added this cute summer dress into my wardrobe and love it so much!
If you’ve ever heard of that quote that says “I feel more confident when I like my outfit”, that’s exactly how I feel when wearing this dress. I always feel a bit more confident when I like what I’m wearing that day, and love that clothing and your personal style can really make all the difference.
Happy first day of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale! If you’re not already familiar, Nordstrom holds their Anniversary sale every summer where they release all of their new arrivals for fall on discounted sale prices for a limited time before they are marked full price. This is probably the best sale each year and is the perfect time to stock up on trending fall and winter pieces for a discounted price rather than waiting to shop later. The sale is typically every July, however, given everything that’s happened this year, was pushed to August. And honestly, I’m actually kind of into the fact that the sale is in August now, the last thing I want to be doing in the heat of summer in July is shop for fall and winter clothing. I feel like it just makes so mcuh more sense this year!
Before I get into sharing my sale picks and some of the outfits I have put together, I wanted to share some important dates to know regarding the sale.
I can’t believe the 4th of July is already next week! The 4th of July is always one of my favorite holidays each year since summer is my favorite season, and the 4th of July festivities are always so much fun. While I’m still not exactly sure how we’ll be celebrating this year due to everything going on in the world, I wanted to round up some cute 4th of July outfit ideas to dress festive for the holiday!
What kind of girl are you on Valentine’s Day? Stay in or go out? Dressy or casual? However you’re celebrating, I have found some super cute festive outfit ideas for the holiday, all a cute mixture of pink and red of course.
It just occurred to me that Thanksgiving is already only less than 3 weeks away, so crazy! Fortunately, I’ve already got my outfit that I’ll be wearing to the dinner table all picked out and ready to go that I hope gives you all a little inspiration on what to wear for your Thanksgiving festivities this year too!
